Taking advantage of the technology and knowhow cultivated by NEODRYER, sheet shaped desiccant “PARCACE” , quicklime formed in plate shape, has been developed and started selling. The feature of PARCACE is that it doesn’t comminute to powder form and doesn’t generate heat contacting direct with water though quicklime based. And that with the feature of quicklime desiccant, it is a safe and functional desiccant superior to other desiccants preventing drastically from scattering dust.

Specification of PARCACE
((1) Moisture absorption is promoted by following reaction.
   CaO + H2O → Ca(OH)2
  According to that, regardless of humidity the absorption capacity is fixed even under low humidity.
(2) It doesn’t comminute to powder form after absorbing moisture. It doesn’t generate heat when it absorbs moisture drastically or contact with water. (It will generate under adiabatic condition.)
(3) PARCACE produces very little dust and can keep clean condition.
The method of scattering dust examination: :Put the desiccant of 6g into a bag No.10 with chuck and shake it hard for 60 seconds, and measure particles with particle counter immediately.

■Good workability
Extending work time some longer or exposing the desiccant to the atmosphere doesn’t influence the capacity of moisture absorption.

■Shape
・ 80×150×1mm donut shape is always prepared. (10g product)
・ It is packaged individually with film.
・ PARCANCE will swell as it absorbs moisture. When it swells to fill the width of the individual package, that is a signal of its end to absorb.

・It is desirable for the commodity which needs desiccant to be kept under RH 30%.
・It shows high moisture absorption capacity under low humidity.。
(2) It keeps low humidity in side the commodity packaging bag.
The surface of the desiccant is always zero moisture, so that PARCACE keeps a commodity at low humidity even under high humidity.

(3) Moisture absorption rate

   ・ It steadily absorbs moisture even under low humidity.

・ Individual packaging film is OP/CP. Print is done in the middle layer, so it will run with neither oil nor water.
