I studied visual design such as advertisement in my Junior college and I wanted to get a job in making something. I was interested in abroad since I was a student and I sympathised with the fact that Yabashi Group is actively expanding into abroad and the management policy of caring for people regardless of nationalities.
　Another thing that me attracted in the company is the fact that they have their own Public Relations department. By having own PR department in the company, the PR dept. can have deeeper understanding about their businesses and the dept. can do what's neccessary when it is neccessary. I am a kind of person who want to understand deeply when making something, so I thought this company's approach fits me.

　This company lets me challenge on anything. They let me do works with responsibilities such as renewal of the company website, creating internal magazine etc. Those works that I start from scratch requires me to think of procedure and methods as well and sometimes I struggle and worry on how to proceed. However, it gives me a great satisfaction when I get the actual printed copy after overcoming various problems.
　For me, I am in charge of making internal magazine and to make the articles I planned, I get to go interview various people in the company and have chance to get to know them. These occations to communicate with other people in the company gives me good inspirations. Another thing that makes me feel worthwhile is that we cooperate with our members in Vietnam, Myanmar and Korea to issue the internal magazine in four languages and deliver the magazine to our members across the countries.

　Internally, I would like to create a good influence like increasing people's motivation for work or encouraging those who is trying hard through the work of PR. For those people outsite of the company, I would like to actively introduce our policy and our operation which can be useful to not only the customers but also to the society. With my PR work, I hope we can publicise the work of Yabashi Group and as a result of such activities, I hope we can make a contribution to the society and help people to have fulfilling life.
　I took one year off with maternity leave and came back to job while nurturing my three years old child at the same time. I would like to my job so that I can tell my child what I do with pride. Me enjoying to work would hopefully make my child think "Work is something enjoyable and I want to do a job that contribute to society like mum" when she grow up. That is another one of my dream.
