Reason for joining us
Walking into the manufacturing world which I have wished for since childhood.
My father had founded a machine manufacturing factory, designing machines and making the parts on his own. I watched him since my childhood and dreamed of becoming like him.
I who am Vietnamese, could study at the University in Japan so I wanted to work for not just Vietnam but Japan as well. Fortunately, I found Yabashi Group which have factories in Vietnam and do designs of bespoke machines by ourselves. I started to have a desire participating at this company.
Worthwhile thing in your job
Feeling enjoyable and fulfilling when I overcome all the problems and get our products ready
I work at Designing Machines unit in Industrial Tech division. We interview customers’ needs and design machines based on that. We consider how we can realize their needs and what function we can use to meet these needs. At first I couldn’t handle how to proceed, however, getting advices from my superiors and seniors, I could carry out with solving some problems and troubles. After working with great difficulty and completing the design, looking at the end product, I feel enjoyable and fulfilling. The other worthwhile point is that with the design I completed, the machine is manufactured in Vietnam. This makes me feel contributed to both Vietnam and Japan.
Dream
Make as many machines that satisfies customers as possible
I haven’t had enough experience yet so that I can only design tiny pieces or a part of machines. As I mentioned in the reason for joining here, I would like to be like my father who has various knowledge and techniques and to make a lot of machines satisfy customers. Also, I would like to expand the knowledge and techniques I will have learned in Japan to Vietnam and to work hard so that I can contribute to the Vietnamese industry as well.
